• Start seeing other people. This is not mandatory though. But highly recommended.
  • Surround yourself with friends and family. This is always a good idea.
  • Adopt a pet. They need so much love. And taking care of a pet will always change your world, trust me.
  • Exercise. Not yoga, I mean hardcore gym or running or something.
  • Do not even by accident try to contact the ex. No use crying over split milk.
  • Throw away the things that are a reminder of your past relationship.
  • Live. Get so busy doing it that you eventually find happiness.
  • Don’t drink. Don’t even think of drugs. Don’t take up smoking. Just don’t.
  • Date yourself. Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself to nice things.
