The word Tikka means pieces or chunks in Indian. Chicken tikka is firstly marinated into special spices and then grilled on skewers. It is one of the most famous dishes in India. Chicken Tikka can also be made into  Chicken Tikka Masala where the grilled chicken is added to the gravy.

Traditionally, chicken tikka is baked in a clay oven referred to as a tandoor, which basically makes this recipe a boneless version of the Indian dish tandoori chicken. in view that most folks don’t have a tandoor, using a grill or the oven is a good alternative. 1 cup yogurt
